2. Billing & Payment

• Liability: You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any restriction, suspension, or termination of your access to your account or the content.

• We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against you for violating intellectual property rights, fraud, or other serious grounds for termination.

• Our decision to delay exercising or enforcing any right or remedy under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy with respect to any party.

• Account Termination: Upon termination of your account, whether at our discretion or at your request (excluding a subscription cancellation, which will continue until the end of the billing period), you will lose the right to access streamed or downloaded content through the services.
